Old porcelain crowns on the front 4 teeth and various other
teeth in the mouth. Note the lack of symmetry in the smile and
the graying effect of the gums caused by the metal components
underlying the porcelain. The patient was very unhappy with
her smile, especially the dual look of the old crowns and the
black gums.

enhancement of the smile involving new porcelain crowns on all
of the top teeth. The symmetry, shape, and color of the crowns
gives a completely natural looking smile with no black lines
around the gums. The lower teeth were bleach to further the
cosmetic affect. |
